Wexlin builds websites for businesses. AI writes the first draft from what you tell us, you can change it by describing what you want, and a person on our team finishes and checks it before it goes live. We then host it on yourbusiness.wexlin.dev or on your own domain. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us at support@wexlin.dev if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
Launch One: $79.99 one-time setup, then $49.99 a month. Import Existing: $49.99 a month, no setup fee. Studio: $249.95 a month for up to five websites. Each plan includes hosting with SSL, nightly backups, connecting your own domain, a Requests inbox, and a monthly allowance of AI edits (25, or 125 on Studio). The price at checkout is the price you pay. If we change a price, we'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
We aim to have your site live within 24 hours of your payment and the launch details you give us. That's a target, not a guarantee: if we need something from you, or a site needs more work, we'll tell you.
You're responsible for what your site says and shows: the text, photos, prices, claims and any products, and for having the right to use them. You may not use Wexlin for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, including pages that collect passwords or payment details, impersonate someone else, or spread malware or spam. Every site is checked before it goes live, and we may refuse, take offline or close any site or account that breaks these rules.
Your business name, words, photos, logo and domain stay yours, and so does the website we make for you. You can download your site's files from the Studio at any time; a one-time export of all your sites' files is also available for $29.99. Wexlin keeps the rights to its own software: the Studio, our tools and the systems that build and run sites.
Hosted sites show a small "Built with Wexlin" badge. You can switch it off for each site in your Studio.
Plans renew every month until you cancel. Payments are handled by our payment processor, whose own terms also apply to the payment. You can cancel any time from your Studio. Billing stops, and your site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for, then goes offline. Your account and drafts are kept, so you can come back. You can also ask us to delete everything.
Bookings and messages sent through your site go to you. You're responsible for how you handle your visitors' details.
We work to keep every site online and backed up, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose; you can download your site at any time.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or bookings, and our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the three months before the claim.
You can stop using Wexlin at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that doesn't pay. If we ever close Wexlin itself, we'll give you notice and time to download your sites.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell account holders by email before the change applies.
