Your monthly payment covers hosting, AI edits and support for that month. You can cancel any time from your Studio: billing stops and your site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.
The Launch One setup fee ($79.99) pays for our team building and finishing your site. Once our team has started work on it, the setup fee isn't refundable. If we can't put your site live, we refund it.
The $29.99 export of all your sites' files can't be refunded once the download has been created. Downloading a single site from your Studio is not affected by this.
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, email support@wexlin.dev and we'll put it right.
